We don’t pretend to be master butchers, we don’t even have a chef’s hat…however, we love BBQ and we can guarantee to deliver real, authentic BIG BBQ FLAVOURS and techniques to the public using only the finest local produce. What started out as our hobby became our passion, we have been cooking on fire for years and now we want to share our love for BBQ with you all.

We refuse to compromise on quality, sourcing the finest meats from our local farms, the best breads from our local bakeries, with our products cooked over restaurant grade coals. Yep, there are others out there BUT.. ..they don’t have our smoker.. ..they don’t have our flavours AND we reckon they don’t put as much love into the food as much as we put in !
